I've been apartment shopping after 7 years without moving, and the kindness and customer service displayed by the staff from day 1 was so impressive that I decided to choose this building. Jake Collins worked with me in leasing, and was so incredibly patient and helpful with all of my (many) questions. I was absolutely sold on renting from this place after my interactions with him. This is a truly unique and valuable trait about this building that made a massive influence on my decision to move here.

Happy resident for 8 years. One of the best properties in Harbor East. Great staff and service. Common amenities are great, and a really lovely terrace garden creating a quiet oasis. Floor plans offer excellent flow and storage space. You can’t go wrong picking this as your place to live.

Luminary at One Light
★★★★★
An awesome place to live! I believe I was the 4th resident in this brand new building and my 2 year anniversary is coming up, so you can trust my comments. I can’t say enough positive things about living here. It’s quiet, has beautiful styled apartments, amazing amenities including an awesome 24/7 gym, rooftop pool and in building parking. The conveniences like an on-site Amazon hub, rooftop dog park and being centrally located to everything in the city, really makes it great. I can also say that I’m thankful to be in here during the pandemic because not only was it handled well from the staff, having the ability to get groceries, food and necessities delivered on the same day has taken convenience and safety to an entirely new level. Claire and the team manage the place well and Yolanda and Steele keep it running like a well-oiled machine. Once again, it’s an awesome place, just move in, you’ll be happy you did!

Anthem House
★★★★★
My wife and I are so happy we moved to Baltimore City and Anthem House. Locust Point is the best neighborhood. We have quick access to everything (Inner Harbor, ballparks, parks, shopping, Federal Hill, I-95). The views from this side of the water are superb. We can see Inner Harbor, Federal Hill, Harbor Point, Harbor East, and Canton. The building and staff are the best. it is like staying at a 5-star resort ALL THE TIME. We have dining options in the building and when we want to, we can venture across the street, down the block or around the corner to tons of great and affordable options. The people in the building are friendly and vibrant. The staff are incredibly helpful. Gym is open 24 x 7 and it really feels like a health club, not just a few treadmills and dumb-bells. The view from the infinity edge pool is amazing. Lots of amenities in the lobby, on 3rd floor common area and 4th floor common area. Too many to choose. I honestly think Anthem House is the best apartment building in town. I feel safe walking the dog at night and early morning. Parking garage will be convenient in winter when it snows and there are plenty of places for guests to park. Life is good.

o I'm honestly so sad that I moved out of state because this is the best place I've ever lived and if I ever end up back in Baltimore I'll be moving back here again. Amazing staff, always very quick response and always friendly and helpful. Apartments are beautiful and clean, all amenities and common areas are kept very clean. Any maintenance request was done quickly, sometimes same-day but always within a week for a non emergency. Whenever we had company they were always wowed and described the building as "like a hotel". Neighbors were always really wonderful, a lot of college students but also a lot of older professionals and families. A lot of people have dogs and it's always fun to see them. :) Parking in the garage is also really great and convenient, there's an exit on every floor out to the garage so you don't have to go up the elevators or stairs every time you need to get to your car. In terms of location, it's a dream-- right next to Penn Station, walking distance to a lot of great places to eat, grocery stores. There's a couple places to eat literally right next to the entrance. Right next to Bolton Hill and MICA campus which is a really beautiful neighborhood, a lot of cool art around. I could go on forever about this place. Overall, best living experience of my life. Thank you Fitz staff! :)
