Constructed, developed and managed by Bozzuto in partnership with Chevy Chase Land Company, Chevy Chase Lake was completed in Spring 2023 and features three extraordinary living experiences and an art installation by Tom Fruin. Vibrant retailers and restaurants encompass a bustling town square and public green space.
