For a remarkable eighth year in a row, Bozzuto has been named one of The Washington Post’s 2023 Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area. The selection process consisted solely of employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.
“It is a great privilege to have been named a Top Workplace by The Washington Post for a phenomenal eighth year in a row,” said President and CEO Toby Bozzuto. “This honor could only be possible through our associates’ ability to channel their passion into execution, focusing on the small details to uphold our mission of creating sanctuary.”
The Washington Post hosted an awards ceremony on Thursday, June 15th to recognize the top-ranked companies. See the full list of honorees here.
The Washington Post Top Workplaces editor Bronwen Latimer said, “For the past ten years, the Top Workplaces list has been a credible guide to companies, old and new, in the D.C. region where employees feel valued. As a new generation enters the workforce, the Post is more committed than ever to highlighting the changing landscape of work and how the companies are thriving in it.”
