April 4, 2023, marked Bozzuto’s 35th year in business. To kick off this extraordinary year, Bozzuto held a companywide celebration and bell ringing led by President and CEO Toby Bozzuto and Chairman and Co-Founder Tom Bozzuto. During this time, Toby and Tom acknowledged the more than 650 associates who make up the seven-year club, including those celebrating key milestones of 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years with the company.
As part of the 35th Anniversary, Toby unveiled a special commemorative piece of artwork by Baltimore artists Jessie and Katey, who created the vibrant mural at Aster College Park, a community developed, constructed and managed by Bozzuto.
At Bozzuto, we believe business can be a force for good in the world. As such, Rise by Bozzuto launched a companywide campaign in April, 35 Years of Service, to make a difference in our communities. With a focus on our core pillar of homelessness and housing, Rise partnered with Rebuilding Together, a national organization whose mission and vision align with providing safe homes and housing for everyone. Across the country, Bozzuto associates were given a unique volunteer opportunity to get out of the office and help rebuild the lives of those in need. Each associate walked away feeling excited, accomplished and ready for the next volunteer opportunity to serve the communities where we live, work and play.
As Bozzuto continues to grow purposefully across the country, we look forward to discovering new ways to build upon our legacy of service and sanctuary. With Bozzuto Management expanding to the Southeast, Bozzuto Development in Florida and Bozzuto Construction in Boston, we will foster a sense of belonging among our associates that shows everyone plays a critical role in Bozzuto’s future. We look forward to what the next 35 years will bring.
