Washington, DC – January 13, 2022 – Bozzuto Development Company, recently named a Developer of the Year by Multi-Housing News (MHN), has just begun construction on its seventh community since the start of the pandemic. Despite the ongoing and ever-evolving challenges associated with COVID-19, Bozzuto Development currently has more than $1.5B in active multifamily projects, with another nearly $1B in their project pipeline.
Bozzuto Development continues to expand on the East Coast with four new projects in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, garnering success through collaborative public and private partnerships, and by delivering on a promise to enhance the communities they serve.
