This year, Bozzuto earned a score of 81.93 companywide ORA. The average ORA score of the top 10 managers is 78.3, while the national average ORA score is 65.28. Conducted by J Turner Research, the Online Reputation Assessment© (ORA™) Power Rankings evaluate apartment communities and management companies across the country and is considered the foremost authority for property management rankings.

Developed by J Turner Research, the ORA Power Rankings are a monthly, independent ranking of apartment properties and management companies based on their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) scores.
