Conducted by J Turner Research, the Online Reputation Assessment© (ORA™) Power Rankings evaluate apartment communities and management companies across the country and is considered the foremost authority for property management standings.
53 Bozzuto-managed communities were included in ORA’s 2018 Elite 1% Power Rankings, with The Courts of Devon in Gaithersburg, MD named the No. 1 Property on the Elite 1% list and The Kensington named as No. 1 property in Boston on the Top 50 Individual Properties list. In addition, BMC ranked #12 in the National Multifamily Housing Council’s authoritative ranking of the nation’s 50 Largest Apartment Managers.

Developed by J Turner Research, the ORA Power Rankings are a monthly, independent ranking of apartment properties and management companies based on their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) scores. The ORA score is an aggregate compilation of a property’s ratings across 21 plus review sites and ILSs. Each month, J Turner Research monitors the online ratings of more than 101,000 properties nationwide. Using a statistical model, a single score based on a scale of 0 to 100 is assigned to each property.
