The Manager of Marketing Technology will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how Bozzuto leverages technology to optimize marketing strategies and achieve operational excellence. You will spearhead the adoption, seamless integration, and continuous innovation of marketing technologies, driving unparalleled efficiency, scalability, and positioning Bozzuto as a leader in the property technology space. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, operational excellence, and strong leadership to deliver impactful results and elevate our marketing operations to new heights.
This position will permit telework so one does not need to be in the Washington, DC Metro region, but will need to be available Monday-Friday during working business hours.
Primary responsibilities:
Technology Platform Integration & Vendor Relationship Support:
- Support key marketing platforms, ensuring they meet our strategic needs and maintaining strong relationships with vendors for optimal service and innovation.
- Integrate and optimize marketing technology systems to seamlessly align with property management platforms and CRM ecosystems, driving operational efficiency across all
- Collaborate with the dev teams to maintain our internal databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand business needs and deliver marketing technology solutions.
Marketing Technology Pilots & Innovation:
- Lead the selection, testing, and implementation of marketing technologies to enhance operational efficiency and drive customer engagement.
- Manage pilot initiatives, evaluate performance metrics, and oversee technology rollouts across Bozzuto's property portfolio.
- Drive process improvement and automation to streamline marketing
- Assist in implementing and upholding data standardization systems such as Multifamily Information and Transactions Standards (MITS), ensuring seamless data and systems
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in marketing technology and identify opportunities for technological innovation to improve marketing processes and customer experience.
What You Bring to Us:
- BA Degree in marketing or related area preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing Technology and/or PropTech, preferably within the multifamily real estate industry.
- Proficiency in various Marketing Technology tools and systems, with a knack for quickly mastering new technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in platform management, marketing automation, and project
- Experience with property management systems is a plus, especially Yardi or Real
- Strong communication and project management skills, proven ability to manage vendor and internal relationships, support multiple teams, and collaborate effectively across
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing technology platforms and tools, with hands-on experience in CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and digital marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of leveraging data to drive decision-making and improve marketing performance.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
