Pretty good, but for the cost I’d expect a few changes. For example, many of our utilities break often. Also, our utility bills are suspiciously high. In general though it’s an excellent place to live.

Love the location and this cozy community! Very walkable to shopping and food. Apartment is pretty quiet for being near the road. Of all the apartments we toured, we felt this was the best bang for your buck and we have been very happy so far!

Overall, experience has been good, but some of the newer tenants are louder and rowdier than when we first moved in. Also noticed that some of the other tenants aren't as conscientious about cleaning up the mess they leave in common areas.

I moved about one week ago. The process was smooth, staff are great, and I love the apartment and the neighborhood! One small thing I am not used to is valet trash - leaving bags in the hallway for pickup.

I have been living at Winthrop for about 3 months now and I love it! Everyone seems very nice and I did create a maintenance request and it was resolved in less than 24 hours. I would recommend this to be a good place to live.
