Highly suggest looking elsewhere. It’s not worth the $. I lived here for 4 years. At first, it was great place to call home. The area isn’t the best but the building was nice. Then the property went downhill. Each year it got progressively worse....

Everything has been great living here the past couple of years. However the main elevator has been down for way to long. This should have been fixed by now. The fitness center could also use a few more pieces of equipment and machines.

Love the apartment, location works for me, close to old town, DC and family. Common area’s need an update, the hallway rugs are stained, the walls are scared and and the furniture does not fit

Wish I could stay but no 3bdrm available. Great maintenance and office staff team. Good amenities and safe building and environment. Would have renewed if they had a bigger space.

This place is awesome! The staff is very nice. This place is clean and it smells really good. I don't know what that fragrance is but keep it going. I am very proud to be a resident here.
