So far our experience has been very positive. There's very little noise from other apartments, and everyone has been really nice. The only difficulty we've had has been scheduling maintenance.

The staff is beyond communicative when it comes to projects that will add to the amenities offered, which is greatly appreciated. No surprise this is the case though because the leasing office and concierge is always helpful whenever you need it.

The location of this building is amazing. The amenities and staff are wonderful, too. I don't like that they have changed the 40th floor to closing at 11 and that you need an ID to check out carts. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
