It is a very clean, safe place to live. It is super close to a small Target and Safeway. The metro is a short walk away and you can get to Georgetown with a quick walk over the bridge. There is plenty of parking underground too.

The location is great; the maintenence team is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous; the concierge is friendly and always helpful. The only negative is not being able to use the rooftop area for half the year.

1) Fridge is very noisy in our apartments. At night it is very frustrating. 2) Windows are dirty outside. 3) Shower's pressure is very weak. 4) There is some broken furniture in the Slates' lodge zone and the furniture on the balcony is dirty.
