The staff are quite friendly and accommodating! The building is cleaned frequently and the amenities well maintained. The cleaning staff are also incredibly sweet and thorough. It is a bit pricey but the building is largely worth the cost.

The move-in elevator is a nice amenity when you're moving, but it's often left locked when no one is using it. Now with COVID precautions you sometimes have to wait for 3 or 4 elevators (singe tracking) to go by before you can get on.
