We love our apartment home and the team at the Frasier!!

We love the apartment! A few minor things keep it from being 5 stars. The walls are pretty thin so you can often hear your neighbors and the oxygen room has been closed since we moved in a few months ago.

Our apartment was available on time, however it was not thoroughly cleaned. The LVP floors were dirty, the carpets were not shampooed. There was hair on the walls, dust and spiderwebs hanging from blinds. The closet smelled of dirty cat litter and we...

This is a great place to live. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. They are always there to help and will answer any questions or concerns right away.

Great place and vibes! Moved here about a week ago and have had no problems so far! The amenities and facilities are also well maintained. The staff are all super helpful.

The only downside is the alarms are much louder and piercing than my previous place. Even the fire dept itself agrees when I told them about it last April. But I haven’t had a maintenance problem in ages!

The staff here is super friendly and accommodating. They are always on top of any concerns that might appear and always there to smile at the front. I also enjoy the events that they put on for the community.

This is the best apartment I have lived in. I enjoy the quiet and safety of the area. The gym is amazing and fantastic as well the safety of the garage as well.

Major upgrade from my old place if you count the balcony, the spacious 1 bedroom apartment and the walk in closet. Not to mention convenient grocery store and restaurants nearby.
