Overall The Frasier is great but since Kyiefa left there seems to be less communication about the monthly events and emails aren't always answered.

Management is SO great here. The staff and maintenance team are all so kind and on top of things. Location cannot be beat because it's so close to everything. I have 3 buildings in this direct area and this is by far the best. I've loved living here.

The frasier is such a wonderful community. The maintenance team is quick and the staff is super friendly. Community events are held often and they are a lot of fun. The apartments and the building is also very well kept and clean!
