The Ahser is in a great location, only being minutes away from the metro and histroic King Street in downtown Alexandria. For the price, I think we as residents have access to quite a bit, including a gym, party space, and rooftop access.

Coffee machine in lobby has been broken or out of coffee for two mornings. Inside of machine needs to be cleaned regularly. I have no other complaints.

Some amenities need to be better maintained. The coffee machine isn’t always refilled and only 1/3 of the Peloton bikes in the weight room are fully functional.

I enjoy living here. However several of the peleton bikes at the gym have been either broken or out of order for months despite several work order requested from multiple residents.

There is a real sense of community at the Asher. My neighbors are really great and welcoming. There have been very few negative experiences and when issues happen, they are quick to remedy them. Rent is high, but I feel safe and happy here.

We love it here! The staff are nice. Maintenance is good. The gym could use some upgrades, but it's a great place to live. The staff is receptive when there are concerns. Repairs in the common area happen at a good pace.
