Management was kind and knowledgeable but we lost out on what we wanted due to them not answering their phones to unlock my lease account. Called 5 different times over the course of 2 days and got no dice. Had to find another place unfortunately.

Counting down til lease is up honestly. Quality of materials is really low ie my door is hollow, walls paper thin etc. price is too high for what it is. The “Buzzoto” brand scent piped throughout the place is off putting.

Amenities are nice. Maintenance staff very responsive and helpful. Noise level has increased significantly. The walls have cracked in some places and parts of the floor are lifting.

Molly Brook maintenance does a good job, when you put in a request they come and they even do things they aren’t necessarily responsible for!

The apartment and maintaince are great but the leasing office staff, especially managers, are not helpful. There are a lot of large, loud and mean dogs, so if you have pets this is the place for you but if you don’t I would avoid it.
