I believe you’re doing GREAT. However, some areas for improvement could be faster maintenance response. Making the TVs in the lounge more practical like updating it as it’s outdated.

We love the proximity and convenience of being close to the PATH and local restaurants. We find the apartments to be energy efficient. Thank you!

So far so good. Front desk has been great. Mark and james have been EXTREMELY helpful since day one . I had a little maintenance trouble and it was fixed same day!

Maintenance is a bit slow and they are slow giving us heads up on stuff. But overall, this is a great place to be. We are enjoying living here.
