Good place to live however amenities should be better compared to other Bozzuto run properties it is not a 5 Star apartment complex that is for sure.

I recently moved here and I love it so far. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The trash pick up service is comvienent. The amenities are amazing and well maintained.

The walls are super thin. The carpets are always in need of cleaning (probably because of the light color). The residents throw trash everywhere (halls, garage, etc.) and while the maintenance and cleaning team do a great job of cleaning the building...

The properties are very well maintained. The apartments themselves are very spacious and up to date. Can't beat brand new! The gym and the pool are awesome additions to the building.
