There are three elevators. Since the new management took over, at any given moment no more than two are operational. Often just one. There are two garage elevators. One of them has been non operational for ~22 of the last 24 months.

I would 100% recommend The Heritage at Silver Spring, if you want a convenient yet nice place to live with fantastic staff and excellent, amenities beautiful pool this is the place for you.
