The staff is great. I feel like the amenities could be better and the dog waste is a huge issue on the property. Safety seems to be on the decline in the parking lot.

Move in experience wasn’t the best but it’s been great living here. I appreciate that they clean the hallways daily. Street noise can be a nuisance at times but it’s not unbearable.

Community is very dark , need better lighting and replace the ones that have been out for a while now . Improve parking by removing abandoned vehicles from the parking lot. Some have expired tags over 4 years, and flat tires.

So far the move-in process has been seamless. Asia was very helpful throughout the process! She guided my husband and I to our apartment and showed us the best way to get inside. The only difficulty is parking.

Our move in a couple days ago went flawlessly, the dolly and loading dock was just an added extra. Really made it feel smooth, and the access to the elevators as well made things that much easier on our movers.

Friendly staff, outstanding customer service and amazing maintenance team. What else can you ask for? Did I mention amazing amenities, that include gym, pool table, conference and many more. Once you move here, you won't want to leave.

I love my unit within the Monarch. The amenities are great, it’s like living in a vacation village. The walk to the restaurants, parks, grocery stores and more is a big plus.
