This place is amazing! The team really cares about its residents and will bend over backwards to help you out.

Wonderful. Management feels like family. Maintenance workers are incredibly kind and do good work. I am excited to come home everyday.

I have only been here a short time but I find the other occupants friendly. I have missed some opportunities to make friends since I travel back to my other home now and then. I hope to remedy that soon.

Courts of Devon's staff provided a great customer service, with a friendly smile, consistently. In addition, the property was well maintained.

Beautifully well maintained apartment in a Pleasantville neighborhood. It is a shame they lower the standard by allowing residents to leave trash in the hallways for pickup. For 2 to 3 hours each evening it becomes a slum.

Great stress free living, with Kentlands village living.

It has been overall an enjoyable experience. The staff and the maintenance crew are all very competent and polite. The frequent community programs are very welcome. More would be even better.
