Just came back from Luau as part of resident appreciation week - bbq, beverages, leis - all on the roof deck. Who does that? Great location, world class staff, dog friendly and right in downtown Bethesda.

Very good. I asked for a quiet apartment in a non-smoking building, and that is what I got. The only issue of dog owners not cleaning up, was immediately addressed. Very clean, quiet, friendly staff. No complaints.
