I love this building and its location. The maintenance is also great with requests being done very promptly. I have access to so many public transportation options and I love that there is a washer dryer in the unit.

Since managment changed to bozzuto living here is like a sanctuary. I love it. We have a great experience. They are attentive, taking care of the residents.

Element 28 is a beautiful, exiting & a great home to come to. It’s maintained with caring & professional staff . The Wi -Fi on the 2nd floor with the coffee station & large screen T.V. Is an excellent floor for relaxation.

Good building with responsive staff. Should work on more commutiy activities, and should have a resident networking site in the online portal to make it easier for residents to meet and get to know each other.

There's very little to improve on -- everything is really great. The only little things are more aesthetic -- sometimes I notice chip in the paint in the hallways and stuff like that.

They have clean lobby and coffee machine, fanctional and fashionable kitchen, beautiful view rooftop. Location is very good, it takes a few minutes to ride on a train! Dissatisfied point is just narrow and expensive parking lot.
