I enjoy living here! I moved in August, and the environment is clean and quiet. The staff are helpful and responsive as well. I have had a few issues that have been rectified thoroughly and promptly. Happy to call 250 home :-)

the water is horrendous , 7 days since move in and its still contaminated . I do not think I should have to buy water purification

I find the staff friendly and helpful. I really like my apartment. After living in a large house for over 30 years. It is freeing . The accommodation of 250 Mission is eye opening for me.

The fitness center is what I love the most. Getting exercise is important to me and I am going to start weight training in a couple of weeks.

It was amazing, move-in was good. I didn’t even have to do a tour before approval or moving in. Stress- free procedure. Maintenance is very particular and pays great attentions to complaints. So far so good.

I was impressed with this complex when I toured last month but I was not very happy with the leasing agent’s (Nick) disposition. It felt as if the tour and follow up were an inconvenience to him which was off-putting. Very unfortunate experience.

Easy move in and amazing staff! I had a minor maintenance issue when I moved in and they quickly came to fix my issue within 24 hours! Unit was pristine on move in day as well.

The outside area by the park has become disgusting. Tenants are not picking up with dog poop and it has caused bugs and fleas to be all over that area. We cannot even walk our dogs on the grass over there because we will just step in poop.
