Elevators need to be actually fixed it is significantly impactful when they are down. Building really needs a third elevator and stairs that connect with the main lobby.

Love living here. The location is just perfect! I do wish that tenants would not leave shopping carts in hallways and by the mailboxes. It looks tacky and low class. Those same people should just buy a small cart and keep it in their car/apartment.
