I have been living here since 2022. So far, everything has been good. I love my apartment, and the included amenities are excellent. I have not had any issues with neighbors or parking, and the maintenance staff is very courteous and efficient.

A nice, quiet community with a friendly and attentive leasing team. The grounds are fairly well maintained. Sometimes the smell of cigarette smoke permeates the halls which can be annoying, especially given this property has a no-smoking policy.

Overall good. It appears the staff is spread a bit thin. Two years ago when I moved into the building once a day a staff member did a floor by floor inspection. Due to staff shortage this is no longer possible.

So far, so good! Everyone is very kind here, and the area is very welcoming! The walking distance to the stores helps very much with groceries and saving on gas, and the gym, pool, and other amenities makes this place all the more worthwhile.

Crosswinds apartments are in a great location along the Towne Centre however lately there has been a lot of construction which occurs at night and is moderately disruptive. Otherwise, the resident events are always fun and the building is clean.

A nice place to live, easy to move into, very good maintenance service. One objection - no under-cabinet lighting in kitchen makes the area dark. It would be simple and not especially expensive to install.

This place looks great on the outside but it has been a horrible experience. The walls are thin as paper and you can literally hear a normal conversation word for word at your neighbors apartment. No one is following Bozutto rules for safety purposes...
