Apts are decent. Aresa under construction so can get loud. While living there went thru 4 property managers and they dont even communicate with residents. Management makes own rules. Let people smoke on property. Don't take your complaints seriously....

Toured this site and they are so trendy! Loved the convenience of the area with restaurants and shopping within the complex. The office staff was welcoming and so nice which ultimately had me apply! Looking forward to calling Halstead Maynard home.
