The concierge staff here is incredible...I always feel protected and safe going into the building, and any time an issue arises with amenities, they handle it quickly, with patience, and always followup! They make living here so easy!

This past year has been a phenomenal experience. Moving to the city with a large dog on a tight timeframe was an overwhelming experience. The Kensington staff made the transition easy and supported us along the way with whatever we needed.

Pleasant, homely and eye-opening. I've lived here a long time and I've come to consider The Kensington to be home my first home.

I am actually looking to buy but also don't want to leave The Kensington because it has been such a great place to live.

The staff makes it so great. The apt is quiet and residents around us seem respectful. Some residents seem very young. Gym is great. Deck it really nice. We love it.
