The office staff were all awesome and very inviting. The maintenance crew were proactive on elevator and loading dock arrangements

Just want to give the Park Lane associates a shout out. They are super friendly, courteous and responsive. Park Lane is a very warm and welcoming place to live.

We very much enjoy living here after 30 years in the suburbs. It's convenient, very dog friendly, with great personnel in rental office, concierge services, maintenance and cleaning. Highly recommend it here!

I like this property - you feel like you home- I know that it's not easy - because the building is old - however the management and maintenance team have been doing great job!

Beautiful units/views. Terrible property management - multiple unresolved issues and lack of follow through. My advice - pay a few extra bucks to live in a great seaport building, with better property management. You will be glad you did!

Management rents units to AirB&B that leads to high volume of parties and people who do not care bout the community. A couple of water leaks affecting elevators have not been repaired. Parking is difficult. Nice view.

Park Lane is the first apartment I've lived in that I didn't have to clean on move in day. The apartment was sparkling upon arrival, the appliances felt brand new and everything was well taken care of. I truly love living at Park Lane.

The staff is very friendly! I love the apartments and the views. Park Lane was a bit lower on my list, as it isn't brand new, but I was blown away when I visited. I am going to move there when my lease is over-

Park Lane Seaport needs to step up their game and start doing their job better. I am paying a premium to live here and getting a low level of service.

The concierge staff is very helpful and attentive. They are friendly and cheerful. I feel they are the stars of the facility.

I do love the community and the beautiful views of the harbor. Most of the residents seem very friendly and outside of a few minor issues with odor and temperature control, I think it's a great place to live.

The Park Lane has been perfect for our needs. We love the location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is our second home so we can visit our children as we live in another state full time. We would highly recommend it.
