The apartments and amenities are great, but if you find yourself needing any assistance from the staff, good luck. Once you sign your lease, they could care less about assisting their residents.

Occupying a studio and it is very noisy. Can hear noise from above, loud walking, stomping, banging, can even hear walking down the hallway above. It's horrible!
