My experience been great so far. Keep up the good work. The clubhouse is well maintained. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I like hanging in the break room. The fitness center is great.

I’ve lived here since June of this year and still love this complex. Management has recently started bringing in food trucks for its residents giving me some dinner options.

Well; the ac was broken when we moved in so the apt was hot…. On the positive side Bruce came quickly, was friendly, and set us up with a portable ac for a few nights until it can be properly fixed.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the property, staff, and experience I’ve had with Avida up to this point. I appreciate how accommodating and welcoming the team has been, and am extremely happy with my choice in where to live.
