Only moved in on the 20th of August but we are truly happy with the design and quality of the house. Also the response by the support staff is both quick and friendly.

We love our villa. Would like to see more amenities. We have a waterfront view which is so incredibly peaceful. So far we love it here! It’s peaceful. Plus you really can’t beat living in a new build!

Love the community and the leasing personnel. It is a fantastic place to live! We love this place and think it will be a great place for us to reside.

We are a little discouraged with the pool and spa issues. Now the pool water is hotter than the spa water. The home held up great during the hurricanes although we had a couple of leaks.

House well built with top finishes. All maintenance worries are taken care of leaving you time to relax and enjoy! Best move we have made after selling our last house and no longer wanting the headaches of ownership!

The place is amazing , very nice grounds and doggie stations .. clean interior of the villa and outstanding view on the water ,, see ducks every day

Great community and Cheri is wonderful.

COmpnay is slow to make repairs when needed. Grounds are not well kept, dead trees, dead grass, thin mulch, broken sprinklers, etc. Water has strong methane smell to it.

I love everything about Marisol. I wish they had better amenities. However the home is beautiful and so is the neighborhood. The shower and the patio are my favorite features

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Unit is clean and without issues. Wish the driveway was wider though so I did not have to step in grass when getting out of my car.
