It's been great so far. The maintenance is very fast and helpful. The leasing office tries to make your stay easy, and if you have any problems, they will try to fix them. The amenities are great and in good shape.

This is a lovely place. There is very little security which is problematic at times. It’s a free for all at times and the driveway area is always packed with trucks and residents cars. The management, maintenance and cleaning staff are amazing

Overall we very pleased living at Emera. Dog friendly (although not all dog owners pick up after their dogs and have seen dog poop on numerous places) and nice & friendly staff. Love the food trucks during the week.

As a new resident so far so good. I will say that the parking situation is very difficult. We weren’t really told about how hard it was finding parking until after we signed the lease.
