This building has great amenities. But most importantly the maintenance team is amazing any issue is fixed within minutes of reporting it. That is a great peace of mind for the residents.

Building is great. Just many issues with the elevators. Sharing the garage with palma 2 has made it so much harder to find spots. Front desk attendants sometimes disappear making it difficult for deliveries to be made.

I need to say overall great experience but some people play music way too loud at all hours. This needs to be addressed. I think screening people for this is hard. But the staff should ask better questions.

5250 is way overpriced for what you get living her. The apartments look good in a showing but once you get settled in you'll be counting the months until you can get out. The management staff is unhelpful and the maintenance team is inefficient.
