overall my experience with this community has been great. i did have some issues involving neighbors and at first the community was giving me a hard time but eventually the issue did get resolved.

So far so good. Had a few issues mechanically in the apartment and technology-wise with the leasing office .Other than that it is beautiful here and I love the pool. We are so close to so many restaurants, stores, and dog parks.

I like it here. I just wish the gates/doors properly worked. The door locks are broken to get into the building. Which means anybody can get in the building without a key fob. That's a problem and not secure. Pls fix!!!!

I was at Pacifica Apartments while my house was being built. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The community is great and the pool and public areas are awesome. I would recommend this place to my friends.
