I've been living here for over 10 years, I obviously like it here, I just wish there was more guest parking. It's quite and well maintained. If you have kids you they will love it her there a tons of them.

Really beautiful place love the kitchen very modern and club house. Only minus is the price it pretty expensive and there are no grounds really feels like your living in a parking lot like most apartments in south Florida

So far everything is good. Things that needed to be fixed were attended to right away. People are very friendly. Parking is definitely a problem if you have a guest. There is just not much room. Development should be gated with the cost of rent
