Avoid this apartment if you can’t tolerate construction noise. It starts early every morning and has been going on for several months. The disruption makes it hard to enjoy a comfortable living space. The fire alarm is also disorder.

Everything is so wonderful and so new which I love!! The space is great. I love the windows and sun's light in, and the slow-close cabinets are a godsend. Walls and ceilings/floors are just very thin and can hear a lot.

Nice clean place in a great spot! There is a grocery store and a park nearby. The fob system makes everyone feel safe too. The internet is included and works well.

The apartment is beautiful, smells new, is spotless, and is a quiet area. The management team is exceptional. The technology is modern. Comes with some appliances, like a refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine and dryer. I love it

Great leasing team, good amenities, comfortable building that was built in a thoughtful way. Only complaint is that the security vendor for the building leaves a lot to be desired.

Bozzuto managed properties are sketchy. Bad staff, bad practices and lack of urgency or response when things go wrong. Avoid Bozzuto at all costs.

I’ve enjoyed living here so far! The appliances are super nice and the building is very clean. The building being brand new is a major perk. And it’s not super loud either.

Carlos was the most helpful during the whole process. We loved the vibe and energy of the building community. Loved the fact that it’s a brand new building. Super thrilled to have picked this place to call home in DC.

I love the new building smell! There are a variety of parks and restaurants nearby. One can see the Nation's Capital from the roof. The building is safe and some the residents are pleasant.

Great place. Fair price. Staff is very nice. Location makes it super easy to commute to work by metro. The area also has a ton of bars and activities.

It's been great, Caroline and Carlos have been super helpful. I'm so glad I made this move. I have more space and finally a stacked washer and dryer..yay!

Move In and lease signing was seamless. Great building, brand new and near metro. My unit was clean and they are quick w requests. Amenities are nice!

So far i feel at home the safety the beauty the residents the management nice way of communicating is top notch and i will love to recommed Venture ON I to each and everyone looking for a place to call HOME

Excellent experience here at Venture on I! The process was easy and the Staff very helpful with assistance in getting situated. Great WiFi in the unit and around the complex. Quiet and a couple blocks from most areas in DC metro.

Apartment is great. Quiet and the faculty is super nice. Carlos was super helpful and kind as he helped me find this apartment. The gym is quiet and lots of equipment. Nothing beats the view of the SkyDeck.

the views are beautiful, management is nice, and i feel safe. I haven't tried out the gym yet, but I love that it's here. The store is basically down the street. Everything you need is in walking distance

As a new resident, the experience moving in was very easy and with a helpful and attentive staff any issues or questions were addressed promptly.

Amazing experience so far! The staff have been amazing and and amenities are a huge plus. Overall smooth move in experience and excited for more residents to start moving in.
