The staff are amazing and the maintenance crew are fantastic. It can be a little loud in the H street side and the neighborhood is still up and coming. But a fantastic building and experience living here overall!

Management can be frustrating, but the actual apartment space and amenities are great. Maintenance is relatively responsive and the front desk is helpful. Can be pricey but the quality is there.

Building is beautiful and the amenities are great. Staff is friendly and very attentive. Conveniently above Whole Foods and other store within walking distance for anything you need.
