Great staff, they’re super helpful and informative. Love the area and building, love that it’s nice and clean. The thick cement ceilings and walls make your apartment nice and peaceful.

I have loved living at the 202 so far! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are addressed super quickly. It is also such a great, quiet, and clean building.

I just moved in, and we ran into some issues on the first day. I thought we could use a credit card or pay online, but they only accept money orders. On a positive note, the front desk staff are very friendly.

Leasing office crew is great, maintenance crew is amazing, and property manager is fantastic. Property is brand new and amenities are really nice.

Overall great experience , staff is friendly and professional , quiet community and great ambiance. One of the easiest move in I have encountered loved using the love in docks made everything smooth and easy .
