Management is horrible. They don't do things what they said they would do something. It took them a while to get the package room's system fixed! The gym needs to be revamped in my opinion. They should install lights on the rooftops!

Having no hot water for a shower at any time of day from fall to spring every year is extremely frustrating, especially since we’re charged nearly $200/month for water for 2 people in a 1 bedroom apartment. We had the same problem last year.

Cheaper rent is needed. More engaging community events - barbecue event with free food that you did in the summer was great. Halloween party with no food was lame. Package room is probably the worst system I have ever seen. Needs a serious revamp.
