This is my first time living in the District and the experience has been wonderful. The management personnel are incredibly helpful and the location of the community is more than ideal.

Overall a good community with great apartments. Residents include many interns who have less of an appreciation of keeping things tidy and usable for others. Cleaning crew do amazing job considering the state of the rooftops after intern parties.

Overall, we have had a great time here.
