as for my experience, moving in the neighborhood was great. The earlier is OK. It was a little hectic because the service elevator was down but me made it work. Staff was also great at the time of move-in maintenance was fine.

Very positive so far - a few residents have been smoking, but that's not the fault of the community. The pool area is very nice and the fire pit is always a joy, especially in the cold! Keep it up.

Everything is great besides the terrible internet service setup which I explained before. I also think monthly parking is a bit expensive. Other than that I love this place, the terrace is great and amenities are spectacular!

Rhode Island row is a great place to live, it’s always clean and the people that work here are great. You have so many food options and a low user store on the same block so you can eat and drink by the pool and your days off

So far it has been great. The only downside is the night concierge staff is a bit under-trained. The pool area is amazing and I love the friendly aspect of the whole building. Overall, it has been great so far.
