It has a clean surroundings, has a nice gym, the apartment has modern utilities, you feel safe and secure with their security lock, also the leasing staff is very much approachable, they entertain concerns of the renters.

Move in day was very smooth with the help of the staff. The leasing office was very informative when I was looking at the apartments and answered all my questions.

The managers and concierge are so nice and supportive. Their response is very polite. It was quite good cost effective to live in the Monroe Street Market.
