When I have a problem I get a quick response. The leasing agent, Larry is always on top of things. Not liking the new people the last manager brought in.

You're doing a GREAT job!! Cleaning windows, cutting the grass, installing workout equipment outside. Lots of events: Pancakes etc 😋 l had a girlfriend who lived in GA, now she's my girlfriend/neighbor living in the Classic Building.

Overall I enjoy my time here. There are certain things I find mildly annoying but overall it's a wonderful experience. I would recommend Modern on M to a friend.

At first it was great, but the smell of weed everywhere is a bit nauseating. It’s in the hallways, garage, and common areas. Sometimes in the gym too, which doesn’t make sense to me.

Good area but thin walls. There is sometimes a strong smell of marijuana in the floors but I think this is common in living in the city. Other than that everyone is nice!

Wonderful community and building. Clean. Neat. Great community events. The only issue - package delivery. Takes a long time to get your package. Lockers arent enough to receive the amount of incoming packages, especially during holidays.
