Modern on M is a great community. My roommate and I have been here for almost a year and a half and we’re very happy with the friendly staff, fantastic amenities, and modern and clean living.

Recycling options are sad. Walls are not very solid and can hear neighbors easily. Too many compact parking spots and garage can be a hassle with a midsized car.
