Kibru fixed our bathroom light today- quickly and helpfully explaining what the problem was. This is the second or third time Kibru has performed maintenance in our apartment and each time he has fixed the issue and been wonderfully pleasant.

Kibru on the Maintenance team is always so responsive and professional. I recently had a leak in my unit and he arrived within the hour to check it out.

I have been at City O for about four years now and the building and staff have made my stay very nice. It feels like the second a piece of paint chips off the wall a maintenance member is there already doing the repainting. It’s quite impressive.

Great! Love the apartment and the amenities. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning is an awesome feature. Also really appreciate the dog-friendly nature of the building. Cant wait to check out the dog roof in a few months with my puppy.

Overly expensive upon renewal. Renewing tenants pay for new ones after the initial lease, while new tenants are lured with deals. The neighborhood has also got more dangerous and the prices don’t account for it.
