Lots of temps so you never know the staff (from what I seen). Staff most days are not reachable for needs. And their cleaning needs more effort/care.

I've had a few issues after move-in in which I had to call maintenance. All within a three month span. It's not a big deal. The maintenance people are super nice and diligent. But that's why 4.5 out of 5. Otherwise pretty good.
