77H is a unique location close to everything, with a Wal-Mart and gym, party area, and very accommodating management it has always meet our needs for space and services

77H made the transition to DC easy and manageable. My move in day was as painless as possible.

77H is a great property that is well maintained. It is a little bit over priced though.

Perfect thus far. Management is friendly and accommodating. Building is kept clean. Service requests always filled on time.

At the time I signed my lease, I received a phenomenal deal on rent. Although there were some problems with elevators being broken earlier in the year, these problems have been fixed. The walls in these apartments can be very thin though
