The events for the fall season have been great. Staff are wonderful. The only issue for the apartment complex is the high sound transfer throughout the building. You can hear everything in the hallway and gates slammed in the stairwell.

The best Concierge is Tonae! She is very helpful and full of life. Great addition to the team! I would recommend this building to others. The etiquette of the maintenence team needs improvement. However, they still get the job done.
