This is an exceptionally clean, well maintained and managed apartment complex. I really enjoy living here. If I wasn't such an introvert, I would definitely join some of the get togethers!

We have been living at Element One for the past four years and couldn't be happier. The people in the building are friendly and welcoming and the staff is always helpful. The maintenance staff is the best in the business.

So far the only complaint I have is it’s very difficult to reach office management at times. However, once you are able to reach them they are on top of whatever your needs may be. I’m so happy I’ve “Arrived” here!

I love my unit and the actual building and the other residents are great! The management doesn't seem to listen to residents. People park in the lot without permits and nothing is done about it so paying resiedents have to park on the street.

Sometimes it take longer to get maintenance requests taken care of and the TVs and amenities on the roof either don’t work or are worn. Could use updates throughout building to match other newer apartment complexes

Only significant complaint is how much sound travels through the hallway - wish the doors were thicker. There was a couple other things (intercom and limited access to the mail room) but they were quickly sorted and are excellent now. Other than that...
