I’m from NY so the bar isn’t that high but this place is cool. They do try with the appreciation events. The walk to the Garbage is something to get used to but it’s good to have it separate from the living spaces.

Living there was fine but impossible to get your deposit back. They keep saying it's being mailed and then don't pick up the phone or return calls. It's been 2 months and I still don't have my money back. It's crazy.

Overall I would say it’s a pretty good property. Well kept they do what they can community relation wise. Communication could be more frequent and prompt and I think they may be a bit understaffed but otherwise I’d recommend.
