Spinnaker Bay concierge David did a fabulous job in setting up our sip and paint event. It was a lot of fun. Met some new neighbors as well as got to catch up with others I know in the building. Really enjoy the events that are held in the Club room.

My next-door neighbor, a couple living in 636, often smoked marijuana. I complained to the apartment many times, but it was not resolved yet.

Everything is great, honestly! The only thing is our mailbox is still busted after 3 months, it’s only a slight inconvenience though. The staff is amazing and friendly, everything is super clean all the time too. And no noise from neighbors!

The apartment is a in a really great area, can walk to many restaurants and stores and it feels extremely safe. The noise on the street is a little loud at night but hopefully it gets better.
