Steven Fretwell

Steven Fretwell is responsible for the strategy, design, development and delivery of the The Bozzuto Group’s learning and leadership activities. Steven also provides oversight of Bozzuto Management Company’s due diligence and takeover efforts, initiatives that allow his team to act as an implementation unit, launching new management operations initiatives and service programs at the property level. This year, Steven has introduced nearly twenty new learning and leadership resources and programs for Bozzuto Management Company employees, including DiSC assessments, Empowerment training, 5 STAR Walks and more. Steven joined Bozzuto in 2012 as the Director of Learning and Leadership and has since grown the department to include 18 employees who form teams specializing in Instructional Design and Training Delivery, Resident Service and Brand Standards. Since leading the Learning & Leadership department, Steven has led Bozzuto through approximately 85 takeovers and about 80 due diligence projects.

Prior to Bozzuto, Steven held various leadership positions in operations and learning with Marriott International.
